BizFlow is a cloud-based business management platform that provides tools for inventory management, sales and invoicing, appointment scheduling, expense tracking, purchasing, and team management for small businesses.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Subscription Plans

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to any data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Data solely to provide the Service.

Upon termination of your account, we will delete Your Data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for exporting Your Data before termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings in the Service. Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and data within 30 days
• You remain liable for all fees incurred prior to termination
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States.
